Excited to announce I am working with Health Education England, University of Nottingham and Swim England (plus other key stake holders) to develop a short online module in Aquatics and Swimming. launch expected end of the summer 2023!

Being in water is good for brain health - now I am going to try and wake up the grey cells even more and am back to University to do a PGCert in Clinical Research, Education and Leadership. Which I have passed!
My caseload and ability to take on any new patients was restricted but always happy to talk through cases and share possible knowledge or connections to other specialist Physiotherapists and health professionals.
2020 Fresh Physio has moved!
Now based in RUTLAND with at the moment no pool, but home visits, advice, teaching, working with family, care and support workers continues to ensure the best rehabilitation is our priority.
